The company has a network spanning over 11 port cities along the Indian coast and across coasts of Dubai, Malaysia, Shanghai, Singapore and Colombo.The company is the largest FRP Boat manufacturer, Life-Saving/Fire-Fighting service provider in India and aims to provide on its experience and expertise top quality solutions through its current service offering and future growth plans in India and overseas.We have a urgent opening for the position of Company secretary details is as follows:Job Location: Mazgaon, Mumbai.Exp: Minimum 6 yearsNo. of position: 1Education qualification: Company Secretary.Female candidate preferable.Job description for the profile of Company secretary.Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGMs)/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence and so on).Providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetingsKeeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organisationEnsuring that policies are up to date and are approved.Look out for suitable business opportunities in the form of government bids and tenders & discuss with management team to decide upon the opportunities.Prepare all the tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid & submit the documents in stipulated time limits.Coordinate with the respective officials and documents the progress of the tender process.Providing support to the management on specific projects.Acting as a point of contact and building good relationships with the Key ClientsImplementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organisation or compliance with legislationCommunication Through mails, calls & writing reports.Provide company documents, contract maintenance agreements and other relevant records as requested by other Company departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, etc.);Preparing Process Notes and SOPs for corporate actions of the group companies.Seeing the personal affairs of the ChairmanApplication Deadline: 14/1/2022Expected Start Date: 1/2/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹580,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per yearBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusExperience:total work: 6 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 7045088932
