Requirement For Quality Manager In Neemrana Company – MNC Company ( Injection Molding Industries )
Experience – 10 Years Above Sly – 40k To 50k Per Month Job Profile __ 1. Having injection moulding experience atleast 7-10 years (Total Experience 12-15 years + B.tech mechanical or Diploma in CIPET) 2. Deep Knowledge of QMS, IATF 16949 , MACE, EMS & OHSMS. Also having latest certificate of internal auditor. 3. Knowledge of IATF 5 core tools like APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA & PPAP. 4. Knowledge of Product Audit & Process Audit 5. Six Sigma Green Belt certified 6.Having good exposure of all aspect of quality functions like Incoming,In house (Red bin analysis),customer quality. 7. Deep knowledge of plastic raw material 8. Good knowledge of supplier selection, upgradation, monitoring & evaluation. 9. Deep knowledge of calibration. 10. Deep knowledge drawing , GD&T & instrument like CMM, PP & Height gauge. 11. Knowledge of tool dovelopment & complete activity of APQP. 12. Should have exposure in training. 13. Should have good experience in MR function. 14.
