JD:
Installing and configuring networking hardware and software
Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues
Managing network security
Setting up user accounts and permissions
Providing technical support to users
Planning and implementing network upgrades
Creating and maintaining documentation
Assist in deployment and maintenance of all active, passive and telecom components.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, service provides, internal and external stakeholders.
To manage small to medium-sized projects according to institution requirements, including participating in the implementation of new campus setup.
Ensure 99.99% uptime for network and telecom devices and services across all institution locations.
