Work Experience : min 6 month in any Call Center like AEGIS / Customer Support Desk / Tele calling

Job Timing: – 10:00 am to 7:30 pm

Qualification : 10+2, Pursuing Graduation OR Graduate

Job Profile :

1. To make communication with our Channel Partners (Retailers,Wholesalers, Distributors) over phone calls.

2. Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette’s for booking order of spare parts & other accessories.

3. Follow-up of every order till it to be received by them.

4. Finding out their problems and forwarded to concern department.

Key Skills : MS Office, MS Excel

Salary: Rs 10,000/- per month + Incentives
