Role Summary:
The job incumbent will be responsible for supervising and managing the production floor and team to ensure the quality product being delivered as per the production schedule and job work’s priority.

Responsibilities and Duties
The job responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
1. Supervise and provide direction to team at production floor
2. Supervise the execution of production plan
3. Minimize variance in the daily production schedule
4. Ensure production targets are met consistently
5. Give inputs, training and direction to the team while working on new product or project
6. Ensure production is as per the prescribed specifications and quality standards
7. Assure proper maintenance of the equipment
8. Manage work and manpower based on the work schedule
9. Identify areas of errors and losses and working closely with the Production manager to minimize losses and improve productivity

Qualifications and Skills required
Education Qualification: Diploma Electrical or equivalent
Experience: 1- 6 years
