Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Contracts & Arbitration professional. As a Contracts & Arbitration specialist, you will be responsible for managing contracts and resolving disputes through arbitration. Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating terms, ensuring compliance, and representing the company in arbitration proceedings. We are seeking a skilled professional who can effectively manage contract-related matters and ensure legal compliance for our Infrastructure vertical.

KRA – Contract Management, Claim Management, Project Management, Contractual Drafting, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Risk Management, Negotiation, Arbitration, Contract Audit, and Project Execution/Coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract law and relevant legal regulations
• Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Ability to handle arbitration proceedings and resolve disputes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Law or a related field
• Prior experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry is a plus
