Job Description:

User Experience designer, with background and skills in
graphic design.

Work with industry experts to understand business
requirements and users’ mental model, tasks and goals.

Design compelling, clear, easy-to-use and efficient
solutions;

Create high-fidelity, interactive mockups, to enable clear
communication of the proposals;

Review proposed solutions with stakeholders; respond to
feedback by adjusting the design as needed;

Follow the development process to ensure an accurate
implementation;

Work with multiple teams on multiple products; teams located
mainly in Israel and India.

Collaborate with designers in other departments of Siemens,
to ensure consistency across the Siemens portfolio;

Graphically design screens, capabilities to design icons

Pre-requisite and Essential functions:

2 years or more experience in UX design;

Formal education in user experience design;

Experience with the Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;

Ability to understand engineering products and grasp user
needs;

Ability to consider practical solutions;

Team worker

Strong communication and organizational skills

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Highly independent

Advantage

Experience in PLM systems

Good familiarity with Axure – advantage;

Knowledge of HTML/CSS – nice to have.
