Your profile
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in technology.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role with:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications & OneDrive (architecture, troubleshooting, design, administration).
Implementation experience of OneDrive for Business on different platforms like Windows, MacOs, iOS and Android.
Experience of using network traffic monitoring tools such as Fiddler.
Support experience of investigating complex OneDrive issues relating to performance, administration, site configuration and customization.
Good knowledge of using PowerShell, ability to write PowerShell scripts.
Strong working knowledge of IT processes such as Change Management, Major Incident Handling, Problem Management etc.
Understanding and experience with the following Office 365 products- Visio, Whiteboard, Yammer, One Note and Sway will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must be flexible to the demands of the services we provide and any project to which they are assigned.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for managing a relationship with customers including thoroughly documenting case work, driving the quickest resolution possible to the customers issues.
Solve highly complex level of escalated problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty may include support of additional product line.
Use trace analysis, source code, and other sophisticated debugging tools to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs may involve writing code.
Advanced troubleshooting to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
Develop and deliver advanced technical support training, setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, advanced technical troubleshooting, managing hot customers, and professionally communicating to all parties involved.
Must thrive on a fast pace, be extremely flexible, and able to work with ambiguity.
Candidate must be flexible for rotational shifts.
