Experienced Professional
Working in a global and diverse team with an openapproach that has a strong focus on good team spirit and will support yourdevelopment. Working in collaboration with colleagues in various HR functionsand BPO providers, you will be the catalyst in driving the HR transformation.The transformation aims to improve compliance, and accuracy, reduce risks andenhance controls through the standardization of tools and processes globally. Asuccessful transformation will enable the state-of-the-art employee user experienceand create a foundation for successfully outsourcing identified HR activities.For this high-profile and critical undertaking, we need skilled profilesbringing the right tools and mindset to fulfill an important role. We aremoving away from an HR legacy blueprint, involving many manual processes, andyour work will play a key role in reaching our target operating model.
How You will Make anImpact
Work closely withthe project team involving all relevant stakeholders, acting as a bridgebetween Global Process Owners, IT system, Product Owners, and corporate andcountry team representatives, to standardize and harmonize the HR admin portionof Benefit AdministrationDrive identificationof requirements for the HR admin portion of the Benefits Administration processacross assigned regions and identify substandard processes through interactionwith country HR admin/HR specialists and outsourcing partners.Ensure “As-Is” process mapping to document the current state ofthe processes through the utilization of process tools and methodologiesIdentify and collatepain points and improvement potentials related to process steps and/or systemfunctionalitiesWork with otherpartners within and outside of the HR department, to ensure roles andresponsibilities are clearly defined and followedDrive the design of the revised “To-Be” standard processaccording to the defined global standardization framework using simplificationand automation to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.Provide input for the definition of process KPIs, implementingcontrols, and maintaining compliance.Provide inputs for governance and communication structure forthe processDevelop an implementation plan for the revised process acrossthe countries and ensure its achievementMonitor and measure the effectiveness of processesControl and ensureinternal and external documentation of processes by relating with colleagues, consultancies,and BPO providers, ensuring documentation quality and building in-houseknowledge.Execute function-level change management using a strongunderstanding of the business (e.g., readiness, timing, impact on stakeholders,data, tools, systems, policies, etc.)Own the continuous improvement of the process by Incorporatingprocess methodologies and implementing function-level process improvements,including optimizing, maintaining, and transforming current processes toincrease efficiency and effectiveness

An ideal candidate would bring a mixof subject matter expertise in the business, systems, and processes, with theright attitude to positively impact the outcomes.Strong projectmanagement, consulting, and cross-team collaboration skills are required withan ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes.Around 5-yearexperience working in areas like business process transformation, processdigitalization, and improving process performance in a global environment.
The candidate must havecompleted a university degree in a business-related subject area (e. G.,Business administration, HR, etc.), Preferably with a focus on HR, IT, processoptimization / management, or digital transformation
and a high-levelunderstanding of global HR policies and compliance will be preferred
Good to have up-to-dateknowledge of HR procedures and in best-case also about related laws
Good to have hands-onexperience in defining and implementing global benefits administration solutionsin a complex global organizationDemonstrated abilityto articulate complex subject matter effectivelyCan resolve issuesin a variety of complex situations, without supervisionCan buildrelationships, lead projects and interactions with diplomacy, and utilizeverbal and written communication skills to act as a liaison between the HRfunction and the businessSelf-directed withan ability to organize, plan and prioritizeStrongproblem-solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvementmindsetSelf-motivated todrive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor andthrough othersFlexibility inworking hours to support and work in a global environment
About the Team
In this role, youwill be working within the Human Resources function – Standardization andHarmonization. This is a lean, but truly global and diverse team of specialistswith an open mindset. You will get all the trust and empowerment to besuccessful. Handling various HR topics spread across geographies will be intense, andglobal and require certain flexibility and commitment.
Within the Human Resources, the Standardization andHarmonization Technology team will be responsible for all global HR processesfrom Hire to Retire tools, enabling the digital transformation for HR servicedelivery. So, you and your colleagues will be the engine for transformation andour future HR landscape.
