Yourprofile

• As part of our globalteam you you’re engaged in product and project management work and collaborateclosely with other members of the product team to better understand theproduct, provide product insight and recommendations for improvement.
• You will be required tocommunicate the idea and then demonstrate the ability to mockup the design architecture as well ascommunicating this model whilst being aware of the requirements.
• You apply your expertisein quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to seebeyond the numbers and understand the products.
• You will be responsiblefor building strong business relationships, understanding their needs andtranslating the requirements. You will have the ability to balance requirementsof the business need with business value.
• You define and analyzemetrics that inform the success of products and allow us to monitor the heathof D&A products adoption in the markets we serve.
• You influence and informproduct teams through presentation of data-based recommendation through mock updesign and IBCS.
• In addition, you keep upto date of latest developments in data science principles, theories, andtechniques to support the business in making truly data-driven decisions
• You document and sharemethods, processes, and project results. You regularly communicate and presentyour findings.
• You’ll be part of aninspiring team of real data science thought leaders and experts within theED&AA global team and will be a valuable contributor.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in oneof the following fields: Computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics orrelated. A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
• You will have alongstanding hands-on experience working collaboratively with product teammembers such as: product management, engineering, design, data science, dataengineering etc. You will also have experience of working directly withclients, translating their needs and building strong relationships.
• You have excellentanalytical skills and profound expertise in making data-driven decisions andcommunicating the results of analyses.
• You have experience inthe application of statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing, productexperimentation, regressions, experimentation logic and biases) and experienceusing statistical software (SAS, Pivot Tables) or related methods.
• You have experience withproduct optimization work i.e. funnel/website optimization and/or outboundcommunication channels like email or push notifications.
• You have experience in one programming language(Python, SQL etc).
• Good to have: Experiencein an industry-related environment (e.g. energy sector).
• You have a strongcustomer focus and excellent communication skills along. You navigate easily ina global & multicultural environment.
• You are open-minded andwilling to learn and constantly improve own skills
• You are result-driven aswell as excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
• You are passionate aboutdata and analytics, and driving data value across all parts of an organizationand ecosystems
• You are fluent in bothspoken and written English, knowledge of German or any other language is aplus.
