Manages controlling operations, i.e. budgeting, analyzing, forecasting and reporting of financial KPI and supports accountable management for an assigned business organization.

• Ensures coherence with superior Controlling standards, policies and procedures, adopts respective processes.
• Ensures planning, monitoring and reviews of unit`s budget, and provides and comments Actual vs. Plan reports
• Monitors financial performance, provides KPI analyzes, and prepares and comments respective performance reporting and forecasts.
• Ensures proper revenue and cost controlling, and design and maintenance of underlying cost account systems.
• Analyzes, prepares, approves and reviews units´ investments and expenditures, and provides respective reporting.
• Oversees the day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations.
• Manages teams of specialized Controlling Professionals and support staff, in different organizational settings.

Total Experience :- 8 – 15 years

JD:-

• Candidate must be good in budgeting, analyzing, forecasting and reporting of financial KPI
• Should analyze variance between forecast and actuals
• Monitor Performance
• Analyzes, prepares, approves and reviews units´ investments and expenditures, and provides respective reporting.
• Should be well versed with financial reporting guideline
• Prepare monthly forecast
• Regular business review must be conducted
• Interaction with colleague with HQ in Spain

• Should have business controlling knowledge
• Will be analyzing the data and should come out with actionable on commercials future forecasting
• Need to do management level presentation and prepare business case
• Knowledge about balance sheet and Working capital management
• Will be dealing with cross-functional team
• Knowledge of ERP SAP
• Must be from Controlling background
• Must have analytical ability
• Knowledge of Wind Market will be added and advantage
• Some knowledge of Construction Accounting
• Good in Excel and PowerPoint
