Job Profile

Roles and Responsibilities:

The System Engineer is responsible for the quality goals and system boundaries of the product. System Engineer ensures that quality goals, also called “ilities” or non-functional requirements are met as per definition during all phases of product development.

Following are the key responsibilities of the System Engineer:

• Safeguard qualities:

1. Monitoring of non-functional requirements (e.g. Quality Tree, Cross Cutting Concerns, …)

2. Ensure governance topics on module level; execute guidance & governance w.r.t. module qualities in close loop with the team (architects, PO, SAN. Tester)

• Measure/monitor qualities:

1. Assess and analyze qualities, and report the bottlenecks

2. Establish preventive/corrective testing (e.g. stability- and performance tests, upgrade)

3. Assess system qualities (single/multi client tests, tools, customer feedback)

• Derive corrective measures

1. Guard improvements through the development processes

2. Uncover blocking system issues during all project phases

• Assist implementation of stability/performance improvements

Desired Qualification and Experience

Qualification: BE / B. Tech / MCA / ME / M. Tech

Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in System Engineering

Required Skills:

• Well verse with Software development lifecycle models

• Strong understanding of non functional requirement (“ilities” of the system) and deeper knowledge about the impact of system qualities on the overall product quality

• Hands-on knowledge with variety of tools used for performance analysis, stability analysis of the product

• Strong understanding of Angular JS, SOA, XML, SOAP, WSDL, REST, HTTP/s and Database concepts.

• Should have sound knowledge of Java, Database, Windows Application

• Knowhow of AWS and AzureDevOPS

• Strong knowledge of various debugging techniques and tools

• Knowledge on Web Services architecture, complete understanding of functionality, standards, technology.

• Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, object oriented languages

• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with different stakeholders of the project organization and product teams

• Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills

• Team player attitude and learning ability.

• Exposure in working with multi-site global teams
