Ensures adherence to defined manufacturing guidelines, processes and procedures (focus on assembly). – Supervises production activities according to established quality standards and EHS requirements. – Contributes to production planning processes, and determines manufacturing priorities based on established kanban production schedules. – Makes daily assignments, and assigns work and tasks to the member of the production group. – Interprets specifications and makes judgments about the acceptability of production that is in process. – Proposes procedures improvements and implements technical infrastructure. – Leads and supervises assigned Production Technicians, Operators and workers. – Have experience of 2-3 years in Thermoset molding technology compression and Injection molding machines. – Have experience with Robot programming and can troubleshoot issues related to molding machine and its peripherals. – Have basic knowledge of PLC operated machines and can understand logic of the automation. – Have basic knowledge of Molding tool and its components. – Education – BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production – Experience -3-4 years in production function Knowledge a.
