Siemens Hiring for Customer Support Professional – PA PI at Lucknow Full Time

This is your role. What part will you play?

• To Provide after sales services to the customers. Service includes pre sales demonstration, site survey, installation supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs and technical resolution over telephone/ e mail. Effective closure of service cases and acquisition of Service Business are the key responsibilities. In addition the candidate will also need to coordinate the service logistic activities along with sales team/service team/channel partners and end customer. Preparation of service/spare quotations.

Education & Experience Required !

• 5-9 years of Service/Maintenance experience in Process instrumentation products such as Pressure Transmitter, Radar/Ultrasonic Level and Flow transmitter etc.
• Should have worked in West part of India for at least 5-9 years having personal rapport with customers.

Qualification:

Degree in Instrumentation /Electronics Engineering.

Preferred Inter-Personal Skill:

Computer Skill, Ready to travel, Energetic.

Preferred Product Portfolio:

Process Instrumentation products such as Pressure Transmitter, Radar/Ultrasonic Level Transmitter and Flow transmitter etc.

Specific knowledge/Skill Sets required:

Instrumentation knowhow. Hands on experience on commissioning, maintenance/troubleshooting of Process Instruments.
