This is your role. What part will you play?
- You’ll be responsible to organize and manufacture of the product as per the production plan within the framework of policies and guidelines of Siemens Ltd with the objective of utilization of available resources.
- You’ll Assemble the assemblies and sub-assemblies of High Voltage Circuit Breaker IN ORDER TO execute manufacturing as per production plan.
- You’ll ensure the assemblies are made as per the assembly work instruction IN ORDER TO ensure that defined quality norms are met.
- You’ll ensure the tools and resources are used in efficient manner IN ORDER TO ensure that defined norms are met.
- You’ll ensure the abnormalities/flaws are taken care during short time or communicated to concerned team member IN ORDER TO ensure that production plans are met in time.
- You’ll work Ensuring adherence to safety and EMS norms on shop floor IN ORDER TO reduce accidents to ensure environmental protection on shop floor.
- You’ll act as a support for Audits & Quality Improvements

- You are a Diploma Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
- You’ve 1 – 2 years’ experience in Assembly area on shop-floor.
- You’ve good communication skills with excellent team work spirit.
