We are looking for Disponent – Helpline

You’ll make a difference by

• Continuous fleet monitoring including locomotive’s health and coordinating with maintenance planning, PRT & operations for prompt resolution of issues.

• 1st level troubleshooting of locomotive technical / operation issues.

• Tracking service tickets raised by operations control center (OCC).

• Prompt on-call support to Loco Pilots for timely resolution of technical / operational issue during locomotive operation.

• Initiating tickets closure after resolution and coordination with operations control center (OCC) for closure.

• Creating service notification based on OCC inputs for on-field intervention & issue resolution.

• Monitoring of status of tickets, PRT service orders

• Maintaining helpline dashboard.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical engineering or equivalent with min. 05 years of working experience.

• Min. 03 years of demonstrated experience in Helpline / PRT / troubleshooting / maintenance ofelectric locomotives at system / sub-system level.

• Good command of both the spoken and written English language
