Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Lead team of experienced sales admin professionals to drive standard service business (Parts, repairs, services etc.) for Industrial steam turbines, Turbo compressors & Reciprocating compressors.
Analyze market trends and requirement of front-end sales team and to develop strategies to support sales team.
Work with Marketing & Sales Head to develop pricing guidelines, develop KPIs, process optimization etc.
Collaborate with global teams to align & achieve KPIs, costing support, pricing etc..
Engages with internal stake holders like engineering, factory operations, field services, commercial etc. for ensuring customer delight.
Support data management and costing of scope, support front-end sales team for price justification and negotiations.

You received a Bachelor in Engineering and preferably also in Business Management
Fluency in English communication
Experience, preferably Sales, of approx. 10 years in Industrial environment
Knowledge of the turbine and compressor technology as well as O&G & Power industry
Sales experience in Industrial environment
Preferably should be familiar with team management and muti culture working environment.
