Job Description:For RVNL project:
Multiple internal and external stake holder management for material logistics coordination for RVNL project.

Tracking of supplier orders, material deliveries, import related coordination, taxes & duties, warehouse and transportation coordination, site material management and till the delivery of the material for site installation.

Customer billing and collection coordination for entire project cycle.

Revenue tracking for the project and reporting to PM and CPM on periodic basis.

Single point of contact for customer for all site commercial matters.

For regional projects:
Outlining the scope of interdepartmental co-ordinations for all Strategic projects

SPOC for Factory coordination, Exports items, Dispatch planning, Domestic & International logistics, Equipment Code creation, MIS reporting

Follow up for Invoicing, timely Collection, Warehouse Management, Stock clearances

Providing comprehensive project data to teams to help them work more effectively

Documenting and maintaining records on project scheduling processes

Coordination for and adherence to Statutory Compliances, Site Compliances, EHS Compliances.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with experience of 8-10 years in project business

Past Proven records working in IBMS and / or relevant Industry

Knowledge of SAP MM Module, Commercial Transactions, basic taxation

Experience of handling International logistics
