The Short Blaster/Painter is majorly responsible for:

Read and implement masking plans of shot blasting.

Assist when preparing bogies and components for surface blasting.

Cleaning of hopper & conveyer system before and after blasting process.

Operate and monitor the manual blasting machine and conveyer systems, as well as the valves of machining.

Order the daily quantity of required components for the blasting from warehouse.

Taking masking film off bogies and components after blasting.

Blasting of bogies and components.

Controlling bogies and components blasting qualifying as per DIN EN ISO 8501 -1 Sa. 2.5 or more.

Recording test values in the test reports.

Preparation of documentation & process history card.

Initiative in terms of continuous improvement and SPS.

Use your skills to move the world forward:

· You should have minimum experience of 1 year and ITI + NCVT passed.

· Shot blasting Experience, Methods & Technologies.

· The Manual skills must not be only limited to the shot blasting process

· The short blaster must be results and quality

· An interest of learning, ability to work in team, analytical ability.
