Job title – Process Associate – Records to Report (Ledger Accounting Clerk)

This is your role. What part will you play?

We provide a variety of competitive, innovative and reliable Record-to-Report services from maintaining financial records to financial closing and reporting.

We process, compile and deliver relevant financial information covering Accounting & Closing, Commercial, Tax and Master Data Services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving Record-to-Report optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach. We also support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

• You are responsible for IMEX process to independently and perform activities – (activities included exp: clearing, booking/posting of entries, perform daily activities in SAP or manual process specific, recording transactions, etc.)
• You will work with IMEX, internal treasury, external bank, systems team, and other Operational teams on a regular basis as needed
• You will also handle DBK Activity, MEIS Activity, IGST Activitiy, Export Incentive, MIS, e-BRC activities, Billling Consultancy, MIS, EDPMS Activity and other EMS related activities
• Knowledge in Imports, and Exports related activities
• You will be handling all internal and external inquiries accurately along with month end closing activities
• Ensure daily task or activities are completed

This is your role. What part will you play?

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
• You have a minimum of 1 year of Accounting experience in Tally or ERP systems like SAP/Spiridon etc
• You are graduate from Finance / Accounts background with knowledge in account
• You have analytical and problem-solving abilities, accuracy and attention to detail critical
• You are flexible to work on the night or early morning shifts
