Simpled International Education Hiring for School Relation Manager at Remote Full Time

The school relations manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving relationships between Simpled and high school principals & guidance counselors from India, Middle East, Pakistan & Latin America. You will be responsible for coordinating recruiting events with high schools and assisting the Simpled team with planning, organizing, and executing them.

The ideal candidate will understand the principles of B2B networking, specifically in the K12 sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a community of Simpled partner schools & counselors on whatsapp & facebook.
• Create professional development opportunities for school counselors such as virtual workshops, in-person activities and online courses.
• Maintain & grow facebook and whatsapp group of Simpled school partners.
• Create and manage engagement programs for Simpled partner schools.
• Reach out to schools through calling, social media & email.
• You must make 25 plus phone calls daily to school counselors.
• All efforts should lead to signing up schools for our U.S. education workshop on their campus.
• Execute targeted & strategic outbound activity including cold calls and email follow-ups to reach key growth milestones.
• Create, manage and support student facing events such as
• School University fairs.
• University Representative visits to the school.
• Create/Run student focus Workshops.
• Brand awareness events.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of meaningful experience in partner engagement, training, or strategic consulting organization
• Experience using a CRM system and G-Suite (Google Drive, Calendars, Docs, Spreadsheet, and Slides).
• Experience serving schools and private education companies will be highly advantageous.
• Experience working with partners across multiple regions internationally.
• Excellent professional communication skills and the ability to work globally across time zones
• Having a marketing background with experience as a Program Coordinator, Event Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator is an add on

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
