Job Summary:

We are looking for a social media content creator and manager who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

Should have excellent English language skills. You need to know photo + video editing + should know what works best for which social media channels.

For this position we are specifically looking for resources who will be handling multiple Social Media accounts.

You should be very well aware of what type of content works on which social media, organic growth strategies, paid promotion runs etc. You should be quick to generate quality content, on daily basis, which is relevant to our domain, and integrates well with our brand.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As a social media manager, you’ll need to:

· Handle all the social media channels for SimplivLearning.com end to end on day-to-day.

· Develop creative and engaging social media strategies along with content creation yourself for SimplivLearning.com

· Planning/scheduling each post on Social (FaceBook, Twitter, InstaGram, Linkedin and Youtube)

• Track mentions, comments, and coordinate responses and reshares
• Researching and implementing new ideas/features/strategies in a systematic manner.
• Competitor analysis & best practices in social media
• Analytics of the properties that are working for us

· Understanding of different social media formats (lives, reels, shorts) and channels that work the best for a particular audience

• Growing our channel organically as well as with paid campaigns
• Quick turnaround times in handling topical and trending content
• Create campaign strategy for product/feature/event launch for the marketing team

· Managing and optimizing critical campaigns in Paid Social Media space across Facebook and LinkedIn, along with performance campaigns in YouTube, Display and others. Managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition.

· Creating highly engaging ad copies, creatives and relentlessly testing them.

· Ensuring monthly targets around leads, CPL and lead quality are met, new followers, new visitors for our website and company brand improvement.
