Job Description

We are urgently hiring for Auditor with SISL Infotech @ Delhi. Below are the details:

Experience in handling auditing of CMMI Level 5 process is mandatory.

1. Ensure various projects compliance with software development best practices and established methodologies.

2. Ensure Information Security Management System and Quality Management System are coordinated consistently across the Organization.

3. Support and monitor implementation of ISMS and QMS Policy and other supporting policies for employees, and for the group and /or associate organizations.

4. Conduct ISMS and QMS Internal Audits at specified intervals and Management Reviews.

5. Measure, monitor, and report the efficiency and effectiveness of the ISMS, QMS, CMMI and their applicable processes

6. Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of information security & applicable processes according to the ISO 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2015, CMMI Standards, Soc (1 & 2)

7. Perform risk assessments and prepare Risk Treatment Plan and whenever changes are planned to buildings, technology, business processes, or objectives.

8. Drive documentation and communication with key business and IT functions regarding security risks and deficiencies.

9. Identify gaps and /or areas of improvement, and initiate implementation of required processes.

10. Design technical solutions for presented Quality Assurance problems.

11. Convey technical solutions for complex processes to the relevant authorities, via oral presentation and written materials.

12. Prepare, document, and create the processes for projects based on client requirements, and Quality Assurance Models, such as CMMI.

13. Review and audit projects against defined processes using detailed checklists, with attention to detail.

14. Report audit findings to the management and work with project team(s) till closure of the gaps or inconsistencies.

15. Train and coach project members on the newly defined processes and then auditing them for compliance once institutionalized. Facilitate training and awareness programs for ISO, ISMS, CMMI, SOC-2 and QMS Standards on a regular basis.
