About the opening –

As one of our first editors & videographers, you’ll be helping shape the product building culture here at Skillinabox. Working closely with the founders and the board, you will be directly responsible to lead our GTM strategies. A “Beacon Role” to shape our growth in all dimensions.

Key responsibility areas are mentioned below –

1. Build explanatory vernacular videos for multiple products

2. Research through content to bring out the best possible version

3. Create and document visual systems

4. Create learning journey maps

5. Build and deploy teaser videos

6. Is able to think out of the box and build stuff to make the firm shine in a million (yes do crazy stuff and upload)

7. Pitching of products

8. Training & development of inbound team

9. Team creation

Who we are looking for?

1. 0-2 Years of experience in video editing/3D Modelling, graphics

2. Solid experience in creating testimonials, step by step, explanatory videos, 3D Models

3. Hands on experience in create infographics, adcopys

4. Willing to get your hands dirty and push forward for growth

Comp & Ben –

• Current Compensation – ESOP’s (Stock Options) + 3.6-5LPA
• Your next Appraisal will be in a really short period considering this is a core team position we are hiring for. (4-10 Months)
