Roles and Responsibilities

Coordination with retail LCV / CV retail finance team for developing Trade Finance business for CV / LCV automobile dealers

Central SPOC for Sales team for documentation receipt, forwarding to Ops for limit setting

Publish MIS related to status of Trade Advance Applications,

Training the LCV / CV retail finance team for execution of legal and limit loading documents for on boarding the CV / LCV dealers – Trade advance Accounts

Coordinating with operations team for limit loading

Setting-up a seamless process of indent processing for all the on boarded trade advance accounts

Coordinating with ops and monitoring for renewal, Enhancement / Property insurance updation (wherever applicable)

Coordinating with CV / LCV retail team and dealer promoters for timely settlement of trade advance tranches disbursed

DRS Tracker. Monitoring of same and put reminder to client if any DRS exceed their deadline

Managing the day to day service request of clients

Publish Operational MIS related to TA extended eg Approved limit, Utilised, repayment etc

Managing calculations related to rebates for the Trade Advance extended to dealers

Tracking RCU of files is done in smooth manner ( renewal or enhancement )

Need basis speak to dealers in case of any gaps in limits, interest calculation etc
