Roles and Responsibilities
Knowledge and practical experiences in EM design, EM manufacturing process and basic
EM material application is mandatory
Knowledge on new energy vehicle system and powertrain, thermal management,
position sensor, control strategy is appreciated
Practical experiences in mechanical construction analysis and cooling design are
preferred
Benchmarking and constant learning on e-machine technology and market directions
Defining requirement specification of e-machines for electrified projects
Cooperation with suppliers on finding optimum solutions
Simulation of e-machines in terms of performance, NVH, thermal aspects,…
Contribution to the development of advanced and model based control methods
Supporting the development phases through risk assessment, validation, issue
resolution.
Support industrialization phase of the project with core knowledge on e-machines
Lead the Functional Safety team by providing technical guidance on ISO26262 Part4
(Systems Level) and by doing hands on.
