Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to quality standards & system of proprietary (mechanical & electrical) components byevaluation & improvement of product & process quality at supplier end to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Ensure inspection of incoming parts as perplan (BOP, Spare parts etc.)
MIS/Report generation
Ensure closure of issues/deviations
Ensure Quality Sustenance & Improve Existingsupplier/ components through
- audits/QAVs and gap closure
- warranty analysis
- benchmarking of Best Practices to deploy horizontally
Ensure Product, Process & System approvaland establishment for smooth and trouble freedevelopment within stipulated time duringNew Model development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing, and 2-3 years in an automotive firm
Product, process & systems knowledge (especially mechanical, electrical & electronic proprietary parts)
