Responsibilities:
- Conduct OPD consultations, examine patients, diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans for various skin, hair and other aesthetic conditions.
- Perform dermatology procedures, whenever required, including lasers, injections etc.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to medical protocols.
- Staff training and development on treatment procedures, stay updated with latest advancements in industry.
- Manage and lead clinical teams in various marketing and operational activities.
Qualifications:
- MD degree/diploma in Dermatology or equivalent qualification recognised by the MCI.
- Valid medical license to practice in India.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetology.
- Excellent clinical skills and a patient-centred approach.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
