Job Title: Insurance Manager – Automobile Industry – Mumbai

Job Responsibility:

Act as a technical and procedural referral point for claims handlers as and when required;
New claim allocation;
Reviewing claims handler data integrity as and when required;
Team compliance with agreed client and office protocols;
Achieving consistency of delivery across all accounts;
Absence management (people and workflow) as and when required;
Checking of outgoing post;
Conducting and assisting with probationary reviews as and when required;
Ad hoc team reviews and projects;
Mentoring and coaching junior team members;
Internal and client reporting as and when required;
Supporting with welfare and general personnel matters of the team as required.Key Skills:Key Skills:
