Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with the Project Manager and design team to understand project requirements.
2. Manage and supervise on-site construction and installation activities.
3. Ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
4. Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to the site.
5. Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
6. Monitor and report on project progress to the Project Manager.
7. Resolve on-site issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
8. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and efficiency.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily progress reports.
10. Foster a safe and productive work environment for all on-site personnel.

Candidate Requirement
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field or Diploma in Civil or Architecture
2. Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior design or construction projects.
3. Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Proficiency in relevant construction and project management software..
Qualification:
Graduate in Engineering with B.Arch, Graduate in Engineering with B.DES
