UX/UI DesignDescription 100% RemoteClient: Palmer Group/Corteva Agri ScienceThe rate for Junior Level – $40/hr. on W2 or $43/hr. on C2CThe rate for the mid-level- $48/hr. on W2 and 52/hr. on C2C 60/hr, but if they are a bit higher, I can do my best.Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Two or more years of UX design experience
• Proficiency with at least two design and rapid-prototyping tools, such as: Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, InVision, or Figma * to create user interfaces
• Experience thinking in terms of holistic design, apply strategic thinking and business goals to design work, focus on usability, and understand aesthetic values
• Experience translating customer needs into design and articulate that design to technical and non-technical team members
• Experience transitioning easily between multiple projects and aesthetics
• Experience communicating and presenting designs effectively for various audiences
