Roles and Responsibilities Position: Branch Manager (Female)- Branch Banking CTC: 10 to 13 LPA + Incentives Exp. Mini. 8 Yrs. exp. (Mini. 3 yrs. in on-roll team handling) from NBFC, Insurance, Securities & AMC Industries only Location: Chennai, Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Cochin, Mangalore, Hubli & Mysore etc. Education: Graduate/ PG from good business school Industry: Banking
Job Role: Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Branch Banking Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.

Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Demat Accounts etc. through the Sales Channel.

Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.
Note: Selected Candidates will be placed in an Exclusive training Program after joining – 45 Days (Banking Knowledge).
Job Mandates: Good communication & interpersonal skills. 8+ Yrs. exp. in retail branch banking with at-least 2 years as Branch Manager in Banking Industry. Candidates with lesser notice period will be given preference. Age should be around 35 yrs. old. Only female candidates are preferred.
