Job Summary :
Connecting with Industries for Placement of our student In various industries, collaborate with industry for training and certificate partnership.

Responsibilities

• He/she will be responsible for Industry Interaction to create opportunities for Placement for students.
• Undertake research on various Job Sites to identify suitable opportunities for Students.
• Maintain Data Base of potential Recruiters.
• Meet HR of various organizations and maintain good relations with them to explore avenues for Placement.
• Maintain records and files pertaining to Placement.
• Establish contact with Alumni and arrange for motivational talk etc.
• Maintain good relations with students and the Students Placement Council for undertaking the various tasks
• Connect with various industries for different kind of programs and to become their certification partner

Skills

Candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills

Should be smart enough to talk with HRs and seek for opportunities in every conversation with HRs

Should be able to deal with complex situations and solve the issues

Should able to deal with Industries for placement of engineering students (Automobile and Mechanical Industries and IT companies).
