Opportunity

• As a Lead / Sr. Manager in SLAY’s Growth team, you will be responsible for driving growth agenda for the brand across lines of business.

• You will report into Co-founder of SLAY

Your Team

• You will have a dedicated growth team consisting of creative, brand and marketing resources.
• You will collaborate with cross functional teams from business, operations, product and Business Dev teams. You will continue to build and grow the team to focus on different strategies / geographies.

Key Result Areas

• Own and Oversee the brand’s growth agenda including online & offline; organic & inorganic
• Strategize and implement organic & inorganic growth initiatives through campaigns across various channels including PPC, SEO, social media, email / whatsapp marketing, events etc.
• Spearhead digital, offline marketing including but not limited to ATL, BTL, offline events, media engagement and PR activities
• Strong focus on customer retention leading to consistent increase in the organic funnel metrics. Ensure customers reach their ‘AHA’ moment quicker, churn is kept low and LTV is enhanced
• Lead the launch and continued growth of SLAY mobile app – drive the new installs, retention and growth of loyalty rewards cum subscription programs
• Support the business teams for b2b especially related to corporate clients (for vending, gifting and bulk catering opportunities)
• Drive the D2C & e-commerce business via in-channel marketing plus performance marketing. Drive site traffic and conversions through activities including content marketing, social media and SEO
• Continue to identify new channel partners to expand the topline and new customer acquisition. Execute affiliate marketing strategies by working with the right partners.
• Oversee the brand’s communication and social media agenda through creating compelling story / narrative based content across different media channels that align with brand identity and goals – including print, digital, and video assets. Be obsessed about growth through organic channels via content marketing and social media engagement
• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and industry best practices to build effective strategies and campaigns. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
• Constant iterations cum A/B tests, and continue to make necessary changes to improve CTRs at each step of the funnel
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment. Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns. Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for KPIs via paid & own media channels
• Manage and lead the current team and build for future growth; work seamlessly with rest of the functional leads

You Will Own

• Autonomy over all things growth, CX and marketing
• Create a strong brand resonance in the consumer mind – think coffee, think SLAY
• Build, mentor, educate and lead marketing team with regard to the company’s vision, opportunities & roadmap
• Work closely with the leadership team to drive the business objectives seamlessly

Skills / Expectations

• Strong experience in retail / consumer brands dealing with both digital & offline
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth through organic and paid social media campaigns – seen the journey of x to 10x
• Proficiency in identifying and unlocking new acquisition channels
• Strong preference to mobile app marketing, B2B business development experience
• Min 7+ years of experience in running performance marketing for consumer facing brands
• Detail-oriented, high on ownership and action with a knack for experimentation
• Growth mindset with a “can-do” attitude
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Must be able to attract and groom great talent for team development
