About team/role*
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the Card Business Finance team and involved in new visa processes & upcoming card programs .This role will also involve a lot of collaboration with several teams inhouse.

What you’ll do*

Handle the daily operations of the card business.

• Work on Regular reconciliations for card finances.

• Coordinate and set up meetings with intermediate stakeholders like M2P, in order to set recurring processes.

• Maintain the data transparency between the Card business team & other dependents at the organizational level.

• Manage entire processes for programs like- Razorpay, Rupay, M2P, Visa, etc.

• To check if refunds have been received from the merchants.

• Money movement from accounts and maintaining records.

• Regular interactions with 3rd party like- Rupay team, Visa team and other vendors.

• Set up new processes.

• Update team and provide resolution to the customers and maintain the grid.

• Understand the card programs and will be dedicated to particular programs respectively.

Qualification*

Bachelor’s degree in Technology with 0 to 2 years experience in operations.

• Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional problem solving & decision making skills

• Ability to adapt & learn new processes quickly

• Basic knowledge in SQL & JSON will be an added advantage.
