SLK Looking For Senior Business Analyst at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

Job Description:

– As a Senior Business Analyst/SME for US Retirements, EB and Wealth Management domain, you will be closely working with Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Products, EB, Wealth Management, Investment Management area. Also, with third-party COTS products like FIS OMNI suite of products and related peripheral customer facing as well internal applications.

– You will be responsible for consulting solutions in Retirements planning along with complete systems for Corporate (401K), Government (457), College (403b) and other retirement products in USA geography.

– You will be designing solutions for Retirement Product configuration, starting from onboarding new business, enrollment, payroll processing, managing money-in/money-out, compliance reporting, document flow for the life cycle including respective integration processes.

– You will be also training and mentoring SLK team and organization on Retirement, EB and Wealth Management domain learning and creating re-usable assets

– You should be an excellent team-player and flexible to play of business-critical roles where domain knowledge is the key, like Product Owner, Business Analyst, Domain Architect etc. based on the project needs

Job Description:

– Minimum 10 years’ experience in the IT/BPO/Insurance/ Financial services industry with minimum 5 years’ experience with the US retirements, Employee Benefit, Life & Annuities or Wealth Management domain

– The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills

– The candidate should be able to act as a gate keeper for reviewing or validating the quality of SLK’s deliverables

– Candidate with experience in reimagining better business processes, solutioning and co-ordinating with technical teams in developing POCs

– Preferably with MBA degree or industry certification like ASPAA or LOMA.
