Analyse and authorize money processing and refunds to ensure completeness, quality and prompt resolution to meet daily basis to avoid Gain Loss.

Process the transaction appropriately as requested by the participant for cheques received.

Process participant level transactions and make necessary corrections on any wrongly processed cheque.

Calculate Gain Loss for missed incorrect transactions and charge the same to the respective departments.

Responsibility of a Cash processing is to ensure timely completion of all tasks related to recording manual payrolls, loan repayments, rollovers, invoice and clearing reject.

Analyse and process policy plan holder requests for less complex policy changes, premium accounting and or disbursements within time and quality standards.

Communicate with policy plan holders verbally and or in writing over requested changes, premium accounting and or disbursements.

Research and resolve issues related to processing of policy plan changes, premium accounting and or disbursements.

Coordinate with other departments and field personnel to ensure accurate and complete processing of transactions

Assist in filing statements and or generating reports.

Receiving the funds from client to post the file, which will reflect in participant s account.

Handing rejects related to loan repayments, loan refunds, loan pay offs incorrect participant s name, zero account balance, negative contributions, manually inactivated participant s account.
