Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office calendars.Document Management: Organize and maintain office documents, including filing, scanning, and updating records. Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation practices.Office Operations: Coordinate office operations and procedures, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Ensure a well-functioning and organized office environment.Reception and Visitor Management: Welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Maintain a professional and friendly reception area.Correspondence and Communication: Assist in drafting and preparing office communications, including memos, letters, and emails. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonus
