1: We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to support our recruiting team.2: S/he will assist Senior Recruiters in handling recruitment assignments.3: S/he will go through our internal database and new resumes that we receive through job postings on job boards & social media/mass mailings.4: Based on the criteria’s given, s/he will screen the resumes, talk to the relevant candidates and enter the details in the excel sheet given.5: Make effective calls with a smile on the face.6: Major task is to make phone calls and share the most relevant candidates with the senior Recruiters7: This is a Work from home job but in the first week, will have to come near Vaishnodevi for training, for a week.8: Thereafter will have to come to the office, twice in a month9: Update and Maintain records on a daily basis10: Based on the performance, possibility of getting elevated to working as a full fledged Recruitment Consultant, handling junior, middle, senior management and niche positions.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹9,138.83 – ₹13,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Speak with the employer+91 9773148296
