Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Specialist with a solid background in the IT industry,
specializing in the sales of desktops, laptops, printers, antivirus software, Microsoft licenses,
and AMC along with renewal of Firewall and Antivirus. The ideal candidate will be skilled in
managing sales processes, from quotation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and
operational efficiency.
Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Specialist with a solid background in the IT industry,
specializing in the sales of desktops, laptops, printers, antivirus software, Microsoft licenses,
and AMC along with renewal of Firewall and Antivirus. The ideal candidate will be skilled in
managing sales processes, from quotation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and
operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate daily sales quotations for IT products, including branded laptops, desktops, printers,
and accessories along with Firewall , Antivirus , Microsoft Lisc.
Diligently follow up on sent quotations to drive sales conversions.
Secure Purchase Orders (POs) from customers and negotiate favorable terms.
Obtain competitive prices from vendors to meet customer orders at advantageous costs.
Coordinate logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to customers.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and maintain high levels of customer service.
Keep accurate records of daily material transactions.
Collaborate closely with customers for ongoing sales and support initiatives.

Candidate Requirement
Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of IT product sales including desktops, laptops, printers, and security
software.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience:
1 – 5 years
Qualification:
Graduate in Engineering
