Job Description:
  • This is an individual contributor function in a target-oriented, employee-oriented, high-performance workplace.
  • Your job will begin with setting up meetings with potential consumers.
  • Outbound sales prospecting needs to be conducted by making extensive outbound calls (Cold Calling), sending emails and other ways of prospecting.
  • Rather than attempting to complete transactions, your job is to qualify fresh leads and move them along the sales funnel until they’re ready to speak with your account executives and other “closers.”
  • To put more emphasis on getting potential prospects, getting through gatekeepers, and other prospecting chores.
  • SDRs establish a thorough awareness of the industry and sales process to initiate engaging discussions, armed with well-researched information about target prospects and your firm.
  • As a result, businesses spend a lot of time reaching out to potential customers in the early phases of the sales funnel, either prepping them to talk and screening their genuine desire to purchase.

Skill Sets Preferred:
  • Strong desire to learn about SaaS.
  • An interest in working in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Ability to sell and present a concept.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Ability to learn skills that help in lead generation, appointment setting, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time management.

Academic Qualifications & Work Experience:
  • MBA Degree in any discipline
  • 2 years of experience (Preferably from sales)

Timings: This is a prospecting/client interaction role, hence requires you to operate in the US time zone which is – 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST.
