Job Description –

Understand customer needs and pitch about the product and services

Call on the database provided & generate revenue and increase the customer base

Remaining payment collection from patients by coordinating with the treatment delivery team and patient

Collecting the treatment feedback and generating patient referrals from the existing ongoing cases

Coordinating with the cross-functional teams to ensure the timely closure treatment to optimize the revenue cycle closure within time

Maintain Documentation and Communicate the same to Stakeholders by recording customer queries and details

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
