Being proactive in RUN, reporting, handling escalation, foreseeing a potential problem rather than being reactive in handling things
Lead team RUN activities efficiently by improving team autonomous levels
Demonstrate development skills and identify things that can be automated
Secure Quality of Production and actions to improve Net Promoters Score (NPS) / Key Service Index (KSI)
Coordinate with global team to enable Follow the Sun (FTS) Support.
Automate repeated manual activities or Self Service API to reduce support activities.
Deliver Legacy Decommission (Obsolescence) & Technical Projects, and governance in all place to deliver projects.
Look at process improvements, automations where possible
Deploy Agile practices in RUN activities and Projects.
Innovate and deliver continuous improvements to deliver team efficiency/savings.
Manage Operational Risk in delivering global services (DR, BCM, GPS, etc.,)
Report team highlights, project status, KPIs, risks/issues, etc., to Management & OpCo, SteerCo meetings (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).
Mentor and upskill the team technically if there are new joiners and ensure they reach a good level
Look at ways to develop and deliver more self service options for the business users
Offer L3 level of Technical expertise on Caching Technologies.
Co-ordinate with the Vendor Support for technical queries and for improvement areas
Lead the World-wide team on all forms and take full ownership of the platform
Know the platform in and out technically and be well-versed in your communication as a SME.
Take Leadership and guide the team technically and across processes.
Always have a full-fledged knowledge on the processes followed and adhere to it.

Overall experience of 5 – 7 years on In memory caching technologies
Demonstrate excellent skills in Production Management, Solutioning, Process Improvements, Open Source Adaptation
Demonstrate excellent skills in Development/Devops and ensure you fully take ownership of some global subjects in development, automation, innovation
Contribute to opensource community (SG Git)
Ensure proper response to clients is done and ensure that there is no escalation from the clients on the service offering
