About The Role: 

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our existing ASP.NET MVC-based applications using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. The main scope of work will include back-end to client-side code, using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and patterns. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of software solutions/services using Microsoft technologies
• Strong problem-solving capability
• Analyze business issues and technical problems independently, and come up with smart, logical solutions
• Participate in product releases through requirement reviews, development, documenting technical details regarding functionality and configuration
• Ensure the quality of developed code

 Essential Skills & Qualities:

• Good knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET and ASP.NET AJAX
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts. Using C# as the programming language
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server in designing and optimizing queries and stored procedures
• Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript, jQuery, CSS, AJAX
• Experience in developing high-performance web applications with sufficiently large databases is a plus
• Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer)
• Understanding of code versioning tools
