Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical direction of the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our development processes.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps to streamline the deployment and monitoring processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
• Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
• Proficient in writing clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Solid understanding of the Dart programming language.
• Good knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with deploying applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
