The role:

• Working in a team environment, the Associate Consultant- SAM is responsible for working in a team environment, the Associate Consultant (SLM Platform Support) is responsible for implementing, engaging, assisting customers in understanding and managing different SAM Solutions. Also responsible for keeping the SoftwareONE Global SLM Community aware of technology changes and what are the best practices for different solutions.
• Ability to understand the scope of engagement by reviewing the agreement
• Ability to understand the customer’s requirement and prepare the technical design of the solution accordingly
• Ability to conduct technical workshops with customer’s IT team and handle/answer Snow Tool related queries.
• Conduct Technical Health Checks of existing Snow Tool in the customer environment or Hosted by SoftwareONE
• Ability to Administer/configure Snow License Manager, Snow Inventory, Service Gateways, Integration Manager, and configure different virtual connectors
• Supporting customers on end to end Snow Tool Implementation.
• External technical coordination with customers and SAM tool providers
• Good understanding of Managed services environment
• Provide BAU technical support to customers on Snow Tool (Hosted & on-premise)
• Serving as a Single Point of Contact for subsidiaries in the delivery of GSDC services
• Execution of individual tasks on projects based on the guidance provided by the TL’s
• Monitor SoftwareONE hosted SAM Tools and report any issues to the Platform Owners
• Accurate Completion & submission of the Quality Checklist for each task
• Ensuring 100% process adherence and delivery within the defined SLA
• Conduct regular quality checks for team members.

What we need to see from you:

• Minimum experience of 3-5 years in IT, Client & Server Administration, Service Desk / Remote Support team.
• Good technical knowledge of administering Snow License Manage, Snow Inventory including the ability to install/configure Service Gateways, Integration Manager, and configure different virtual connecters. Additional knowledge, Flexera, ILMT, Aspera is an added advantage
• SNOW PLATFORM FOUNDATION or SNOW INVENTORY ADMINISTRATOR Certification is an added advantage
• Understanding IT environments and infrastructure including Networking, Active Directory, User Management, Hardware and Software Virtualization
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree in any field
• Flexibility to work in shifts

• Quality-oriented personality
• Advance level understanding of Asset management
• Basic level understanding of ITIL framework
