SoftwareONE Holding AG, Riedenmatt 4, CH-6370 Stans The role Implementing Cloud Resources in Azure including Responsible for day-to-day operations and administration of cloud services Respond to escalated customer service issues using email, phone, and web conference technology Work within a regional support team covering 24x7x365 cloud operations Able to write effective handoff from shift-to-shift for cloud support issues Provide expertise in one or many of the following cloud and virtualization products: AWS, Azure, VMware Responsible for general health and maintenance of cloud service offerings Provide database design, development and maintenance services Know-How on Database Migrations to public cloud IaaS and PaaS, including Assessments, Planning and Migration Hands-On Work on a variety of challenging and complex problems in a fast-paced production environment, both managing the production databases and directly supporting the development teams Responsible for database capacity planning and management, performance tuning and system optimization Design for high availability, and establish disaster recovery capabilities Monitor, measure, report, analyze and systematically improve database system performance and uptime Experience performance tuning MSSQL and MySQL databases for a variety of environments and user requirements Significant experience with MySQL and MSSQL replication, configuration and management.
