Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and customer’s concerns via chats/emails.
• Maintain a deep understanding of processes and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• Should be responsible to exhibit a capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
• Responsible to showcase tried work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger reciprocal environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any Discipline).
• Minimum 1 year experience working on email / chat in a support environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice.
• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
• Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Good proficiency in written English and
• Should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts).

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹36,000.00 per month
