Experience : – 4-8 years

– Jack of all Master In

– You must have best in one technical stack like PHP and jack of subset.

– Should have a good industry proven work experience as a Team Lead. (at least a team of 5 should be handled before)

– Own the software architecture solution and technology selection.

– Design, develop and modify modules based on functional and non-functional requirements.

– Ensure the team works within the agreed timelines.

– Ability to work with diverse team to get them focused over a common goal.

– Able to evaluate, appoint, promote and side align the team member by judging them through performance metrics.

– Effective communication with client and team is highly appreciated.

– Able to identify risk and solutions to tackle any technical challenges.

– Suggest and organize team building activities to keep team dynamics at high level.

– A good solution provider by knowing the client business by putting your feet into his shoes.

– Should have a good development experience so able to help troubleshoot issue with developer.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
