Strategy Development:
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Create and manage content calendars for social media and other digital platforms.
Lead Management:
Coordinate with the Sales team to understand lead requirements and ensure timely handover of qualified leads.
Communicate with leads via email, nurturing relationships and providing necessary information to convert leads into customers.
Track and report on lead progress and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and lead status to senior management.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
